Secured Signing at 2011 SPRIG Seminar Series

(PR.co.nz) Secured Signing, the legally binding Trusted Digital Signatures (PKI ) User Based online signing service, will be presenting at the upcoming Auckland District Law Society Inc. 2011 SPRIG (Small Practice Representation and Interest Group) Seminar Series on ‘Advances in the Sale of Real Estate & The Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006’.

In the current property market, vendors are looking for ways to maximise their sales profits and reduce the property sales costs. This seminar will inform legal practitioners and other interested parties on new developments, benefits and opportunities in the area of conveyancing since the introduction of The Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006.

Mike Eyal, Secured Signing’s Managing Director, will demonstrate in his presentation how the legally binding secured digital signatures technology enables legal firms to expedite and streamline the contract signing processes while eliminating costly and time consuming practises associated with the printing and circulating of related documents.

“Using digital signature technology promotes an efficient working environment that offers administrative simplicity and audit trail capabilities while maintaining information integrity and control” explained Mr. Eyal. “The ability to maintain a compliant electronic workflow throughout the signature authorisation process proves to be invaluable for both lawyers and customers.”

Mr. Eyal’s presentation will take place at the NZICA Auckland Conference Centre in Parnell on the afternoon of February 15th. To register for this seminar, please call the Auckland District Law Society Inc. on 09 303 5287 or visit www.adls.org.nz for further information.
