(PR.co.nz) Flow Software is expanding its operations in Australia with a direct presence in Sydney to support its growing customer and partner base. Flow Software provides integration and EDI software allowing businesses to integrate their software applications and automate their business processes.
“Until December 2013 Flow Software has been represented in Australia by an exclusive distributor of the same name” says Cameron Hart, Founder of Flow Software “With the ending of the exclusive term, and our acquisition of the global www.flowsoftware.com, it was timely to align the Australian territory with our operations in the rest of the world”
“A Flow solution is mission critical to our customers so we understand the importance of local support” says Hart “With this move we are able to open more partners in different regions of Australia, as well as provide our Australian customers with direct access to product developers for specialised support.”
The Flow platform is OEM’ed by many software developers and installed alongside products to provide software packages with a flexible and powerful integration engine, to solve the common problem of creating an API for an application and reducing the cost of their customers integration needs.
The Australian distributor is being renamed and rebranded as Fusion Factory. It will continue its existing business as a distributor, implementer and support provider of Flow products as well as commercialising a new product that complements the Flow platform. The rebranding to Fusion Factory is a change in name only and will not impact any of their existing Flow customers or partners.
“Flow Software will be continuing to work with and support Fusion Factory as it is fully aligned with our strategy to build and maintain a strong partner channel” says Hart.
