(PR.co.nz) Wellington real estate agent Canadian Bob, otherwise know as Bob Tesan, is one of the few real estate agents in Wellington starting to embrace the use of social media to improve communication with people who are looking for property in Wellington.
Canadian Bob’s website, which was launched this week is starting to make use of social media tools like blogging, social sharing buttons and most interestingly Facebook reviews. Canadian Bob say’s “It is a reality that next to used car salesmen and lawyers, real estate agents is up there with the least trusted professions. When people read a review or customer feedback on a site these days they assume it has just been made by some marketing guy.”
“I wanted to make use of Facebook reviews to get real customers of mine to rate me on-line, in public, for everyone to see. I place customers first always and being transparent and honest in the way that I deal with people is the only way to do business.”
Canadian Bob is also making use of tools like twitter and his Facebook page to share useful hints and tips for home buyers and sellers and is in the process of placing these tools in his email newsletters. Canadian Bob says he is getting great feedback about these new initiatives from his customers.
