(PR.co.nz) Conceived and birthed in the Waikato town of Cambridge, mahu Mother and Baby skincare has gone from on-line to securing distribution of mahu baby to Countdown, Woolworths and Foodtown supermarkets New Zealand wide, to becoming nominated in four categories in the inaugural OhBaby! New Zealand Awards for creating outstanding pregnancy and baby products!
Brother and sister team Andrew Hugill and Kathryn Fromont are extremely excited to hear of the nomination of four of mahu’s products in the awards, in the sub categories of:
* Best Baby Skincare Lotion – Mahu Baby Lotion,
* Best Nappy Balm – Mahu Nappy Cream
* Best Bathtime Product – mahu Baby Wash/Shampoo
* Best Stretch Mark Lotion – mahu Stretch Mark Lotion
mahu was conceived by Kathryn, a registered midwife and mum in conjunction with her midwifery colleaguse and New Zealand cosmetic chemists. “Providing high quality, affordable and available natural, safe and healthy skincare for pregnancy, new mum and baby has been the goal right from the beginning for mahu. We constantly strive to improve mahu, listen to our customers and provide the very best skincare for New Zealand parents. We think mahu is pretty special, to receive four nominations has been confirmation that we are on the right track”.
Since then Wellington based partners Phil and Teds, who also own Mountain Buggy have come on board, as has Progressive Enterprises.
