Get Your Kids Animated About Water with Looney Tunes from Pure NZ

(PR.co.nz) Pure NZ has teamed up with Warner Bros. Consumer Products Australia and New Zealand to bring Kiwis a refreshing pure-spring water just in time to summer.

Sold in 400ml singles and four-packs or in 1.5L bottles in supermarkets, Looney Tunes 100% Pure NZ Spring Water labels will feature; Daffy Duck, Tasmanian Devil, Bugs Bunny, Sylvester The Cat, Tweety Bird, Wile E.Coyote and Road Runner.

Perfect for kids on the go, the 400ml bottle is designed especially with children in mind – small enough to fit comfortably in their hands and with a clever sipper to help prevent spills.

Pure NZ water is bottled at the source of specially selected New Zealand springs – a long way from Hollywood but the perfect partner for the Looney Tunes brand says Co-Director Kyle Osborne.

“Kiwis have grown up with these enduring characters and we’re thrilled to be able to offer a new generation of kids the chance to connect with them in a healthy way,” says Osborne.

Managing Director of Warner Bros. Consumer Products Australia and New Zealand, Preston Kevin Lewis, says that the company is very excited about the partnership with NZ Pure Spring Water.

“The Looney Tunes brand is a perfect fit for NZ Pure Spring Water’s strategy behind the product. The Looney Tunes Active logo is featured on the NZ Pure Spring Water range. Looney Tunes Active encourages children to eat healthy and to be active. Water is a very important part of a child’s diet and it is crucial that kids stay hydrated throughout their busy day at school,” he says.

Lewis says the Looney Tunes brand has fans of all ages all over the world.

“There are so many great, fun loving characters that each and every one of us can relate to. They have always been funny and easy to watch, with very wide appeal. Looney Tunes is not specific to a certain gender, with both boys and girls enjoying the show.

“Additionally, when Mum, Dad or even Grandma or Grandpa are walking down the aisle at the supermarket, they will see the Looney Tunes NZ Pure Spring Water range and instantly connect with the brand as well,” Lewis says.

Pure NZ Co-Director Tony Vesper says New Zealanders will be the first to get access to the Looney Tunes Pure NZ Spring Water with plans underway to export the product to Australia.

“We have already had a lot of international interest, so it will be exciting to see how the brand grows in the next 12 months,” Vesper says.
