Farro Fresh supermarket launches The Flower Project, where locals can subscribe to receive affordable, seasonal floral selections right to their door.
Having flower guru Kathryn Fleming as your personal flower guide is many a house-proud Aucklander’s dream and the idea behind the flower subscription service being launched today. Kathryn has been part of the Farro family for many years, and her talent for sourcing beautiful, affordable flowers is formidable.
Subscribing gives people the opportunity to receive a bundle of seasonal flowers, sourced locally, straight from that morning’s market.
“The Flower Project is for people who enjoy having fresh flowers at home,” says Kathryn, the flower director and buyer for Farro Fresh. “We include free delivery to your door either weekly, fortnightly or monthly”. The subscription has no minimum contract and can be canceled or paused at any time.
The “Market” selection is $39 for a fantastic selection of flowers and the “Grand Market” selection is for people looking for something more substantial at $59.
“How many times do you stand at a flower stand not knowing what to chose? Asking yourself, what works well together? I want to take away the difficulty and give you the pleasure of receiving and arranging flowers,” says Kathryn.

The Auckland-born florist says that subscribers will have access to exclusive content including her helpful tutorials on flower arrangement and flower care as well as special guest blogs on all things floral.
