McRaeway Homes Start Building Show Homes

(PR.co.nz) One of New Zealand’s most successful and long established housing companies have started construction on the first of four new show homes planned for the next 12 months.

McRaeway Homes new Dunedin show home has been progressing well since building began in mid-July, with the foundation frames already erected.

This new show home is located in the Silver Springs sub-division, off Wingatui Road in Mosgiel. The new show home will show case one of McRaeway Homes latest designs; the Baxter, which is a recent addition to their award-winning Limelight Series. Within the year further show homes are also planned for the Nelson, Timaru and Cromwell regions, with refreshing new designs and products to capture the imagination.

Baxter contains four bedrooms and is an ideal design for compact, urban sites. It is well-suited to a variety of locations, and it’s north-west orientation also ensures all day sun.

McRaeway Homes Network Builder, Dave Wootton, was a logical choice to construct Baxter, having successfully built over 300 McRaeway Homes during the past 30 years. Upon completion, the Dunedin show home will be open to the public later in October.
