About Bootcamp4u

Bootcamp4u offers an indoor fitness training program involving strength training; aerobic exercises, muscle toning, agility drills and flexibility improvement designed to challenge everyone, regardless of fitness level. The main focus of the program is to improve total body fitness and promote weight loss, while having fun indoors in a group environment. Each session (45-60 minutes) is designed for all ages and fitness levels. One motto is that no one shall be left behind. If there is an exercise you can’t do, we will modify it for you.
