Until October 2017, drivers of small passenger service vehicles, such as taxis, had to complete a
training course to obtain a P (passenger) endorsement.

Over 1900 drivers were fined by police for logbook infringements in 2017. A new online course aims to bring down the cost of complying with logbook and work time rules.
