Employee in Fatal ATV Accident Not Experienced

Department of Labour states that employers are legally required to ensure that employees who use all terrain vehicles (ATV’s) are well trained in their use. P.A. and S.C. Steens Ltd has been fined after it was found their employee who died in an ATV accident was not experienced, and had not been wearing a helmet.
