Risk Adverse New Zealand Retailers Lose Online Sales

Risk adverse New Zealand retailers are losing large amounts of online sales by not including Ratings & Reviews on their online shopping websites – 65% of consumers have indicated they are more like to purchase from a website if it has product Ratings & Reviews. Research by New Zealand ecommerce company Solutionists shows that even though most reviews are positive, even negative reviews can help improve sales and conversion rates.

Survey Uncovers Online Intentions of Retailers

Auckland based ecommerce specialists, Solutionists, have paired up with the New Zealand Retailers Association to survey 5000+ New Zealand retailers. The survey provides insight into the online intentions of retailers for the next year, and revealed that almost half of New Zealand retailers are already selling online, with 40% more considering joining them within the next 12 months.
