Healex – New Natural Health Practice In Hamilton
15 February marks the opening of “healex”, the newest natural health practice in Hillcrest, Hamilton, offering naturopathic consultations, herbal medicine, Bach Flower consultations and natural healing. Naturopathic treatment is intended to assist and stimulate the body’s own ability to heal itself. Naturopathy is both a system of natural medicine, and a way of life. Educating the client is a big part of the healing process.
