Almost 50 years since stepping into the spotlight with number one hit ‘Lovely Lady’ and the anthem ‘Damn the Dam’ adopted by New Zealand environmentalists in 1973, NZ’s first singer/songwriter, two-time Silver Scroll winner, and three-time NZ Album of the Year winner John Hanlon is back with a brand new album: NAKED TRUTHS.

The eclectic party of Cecil Turbine and Jane McArthur return to the South Island NZ again this summer. The pair toured the South Island in the summer of 2018_19, playing some 25 dates in just over a month. With a warm reception from locals, the pair look forward to bringing some new music back this January, with local drummer John Adams on board for the last half of the tour.

New Zealand’s first street choir will stage its first public concert this Saturday, August 5, 2017, to celebrate two years since it started providing good music, company and food for some of Auckland’s most vulnerable street community.

A Golden Voice Supports a Golden Event

Singer Hollie Smith was the headline act for Red Shoe Ball (one of Ronald McDonald House Charities’ biggest fundraising events of the year) – performing songs from her new album “Water or Gold”. She was an integral part of why the fundraiser was so successful; with her help, the charity was able to successfully raise over $200,000 to support Kiwi families in need.
